Business leaders and government officials from the greater Pikes Peak region will again gather for the 38th annual Colorado Springs Leadership Prayer Breakfast.
Skip Tschantz
Skip Tschantz was born in Mansfield, Ohio where he was raised in a family of six. Since aviation was the family business, Skip entered this field early as a commercial pilot and flight instructor. Through various contacts made in this new business, an opportunity opened up for Skip to enter the commercial real estate and construction field.
After working for several years with a large general contractor in Cleveland, Skip relocated to San Diego in 1972 and formed Diversified Properties, a commercial real estate development and property management firm that continues to be active in the San Diego real estate market.
Skip enjoys fly-fishing, golf and hiking plus doing about anything with his wife Jan, 4 children and 13 grandchildren. Skip and Jan split their time between San Diego and Montana.
Skip’s story will be both informative and inspirational.
